College Lecturer

Lecturers Required – September 2026

Sites: Hammersmith, Southall & Ealing

Looking ahead to the 2026–2027 academic year, we are seeking to recruit Lecturers across a wide range of subject areas. There may also be opportunities to start earlier for candidates who are available sooner.

About the Role

• Teaching across Further Education and/or Higher Education programmes (subject‑dependent)
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Assessing and monitoring student progress
• Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement
• Supporting learners to achieve positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or soon‑to‑be‑qualified lecturers across a range of subject areas
• A passion for education and learner success
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Availability for September 2026 (or sooner, if applicable)
